摘 要:目的 基于Meta分析和Logistic回归分析构建肺癌患者发生肺部真菌感染的风险预测模型。方法 检索国内外发表的有关肺癌患者发生肺部真菌感染危险因素的相关文献,提取可分析的危险因素,采用Stata14.0软件进行数据分析。结果 共纳入15篇文献,其中肺癌患者4926例,合并肺部真菌感染患者805例,肺癌真菌感染率为26%(95%CI:0.16~0.37)。通过Meta分析筛选出9个阳性危险因素,并根据Logistic回归模型制定风险评分量表。结论 基于循证理论构建的肺癌患者发生肺部真菌感染风险预测模型,对预防、管理肺癌群体发生肺部真菌感染具有一定的现实借鉴价值。Objective To construct risk prediction model for pulmonary fungal infection in patients with lung cancer based on Meta-analysis and Logistic regression analysis methods.Methods The literature on the risk factors of pulmonary fungal infection in patients with lung cancer published at home and abroad was searched by computer,the risk factors that could be analyzed were extracted,and the data were analyzed by Stata 14.0 software.Results A total of 15 articles were included,including 4926 patients with lung cancer and 805 patients with pulmonary fungal infection.The fungal infection rate in lung cancer was 26%(95%CI:0.16~0.37).Nine positive risk factors were screened by Meta-analysis and a risk scoring scale was developed based on a Logistic regression model.Conclusion The evidence based risk prediction model for in patients with lung cancer complicated by pulmonary fungal infections has certain practical reference value for preventing and managing pulmonary fungal infections in lung cancer population.
