摘 要:目的本研究旨在比较脑电生物反馈、拉莫三嗪及两者联合疗法对慢性精神分裂症患者睡眠脑电活动的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月在开封市第五人民医院精神科就诊的慢性精神分裂症患者98例,随机分为3组:脑电生物反馈组(33例)、拉莫三嗪组(33例)以及联合疗法组(32例)。脑电生物反馈组接受规定的脑电生物反馈训练,拉莫三嗪组接受常规的拉莫三嗪治疗,而联合疗法组则同时接受脑电生物反馈训练和拉莫三嗪治疗。通过比较3组患者的脑电波情况(β波、θ波及SMR波)、神经功能指标水平(神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE))水平、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)和同型半胱氨酸水平(Hcy)和患者睡眠质量对疗效进行评估。结果干预结束后,联合治疗组β波、SMR波高于脑电生物反馈组和拉莫三嗪组,θ波低于脑电生物反馈组和拉莫三嗪组,且联合治疗组Hcy、NSE水平低于脑电生物反馈组和拉莫三嗪组,BDNF水平高于脑电生物反馈组和拉莫三嗪组,睡眠质量更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑电生物反馈联合拉莫三嗪对慢性精神分裂症患者的睡眠脑电活动有显著的改善效果。Objective The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of electroencephalogram biofeedback,lamotrigine and their combination therapy on sleep electroencephalogram activity in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,98 patients with chronic schizophrenia who were treated in the psychiatry department of the Kaifeng Fifth People’s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into three groups:electroencephalogram Biofeedback group(33 cases),lamotrigine group(33 cases)and combination therapy group(32 cases).The electroencephalogram Biofeedback group received the specified electroencephalogram biofeedback training,the lamotrigine group received routine lamotrigine treatment,and the combination therapy group received both electroencephalogram biofeedback training and lamotrigine treatment.By comparing the brainwave status of three groups of patients(β,θ,SMR wave),neural function index level[neuron specific enolase(NSE)level,brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and homocysteine(Hcy)]and patients’sleep quality were evaluated.Results After intervention,the combined treatment group exhibited higherβwaves and SMR waves compared to the electroencephalogram biofeedback group and the lamotrigine group,whileθwaves were lower than in the electroencephalogram biofeedback group and the lamotrigine group.Additionally,the combined treatment group showed lower levels of Hcy and NSE,higher levels of BDNF,and better sleep quality compared to the electroencephalogram biofeedback group and the lamotrigine group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroencephalogram Biofeedback combined with lamotrigine can significantly improve sleep electroencephalogram activity in patients with chronic schizophrenia.
