肌内效贴配合肩胛骨强化锻炼对缺血性脑卒中后肩痛患者上肢运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肌内效贴配合肩胛骨强化锻炼对缺血性脑卒中后肩痛患者上肢运动功能的影响。方法选取2021年4月至2022年12月南阳市中心医院收治的84例脑卒中后肩痛患者,按照数字随机法将其分为观察组(42例)及对照组(42例)。对照组患者接受常规治疗并进行肩胛骨强化锻炼,观察组患者在此基础上联合肌内效贴治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表上肢部分(FMA-UE)评分、改良Barthel指数量表(MBI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、水肿程度以及关节被动活动范围(PROM)。结果治疗后,观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组FMA-UE、MBI和PROM评分较治疗前均提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的VAS和水肿程度评分均低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论肌内效贴配合肩胛骨强化锻炼可以有效促进缺血性脑卒中后肩痛患者上肢运动功能的恢复,减轻患侧疼痛和水肿程度,同时改善患者的日常生活活动能力。Objective To explore the effects of kinesio tape combined with scapular strengthening exercise on motor function of upper limb in patients with shoulder pain after ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 84 patients with shoulder pain after ischemic stroke admitted to the department were enrolled from April 2021 to December 2022.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases).The control group was given routine treatment and scapular strengthening exercise,while observation group was additionally treated with kinesio tapes.The clinical curative effect,scores of Fugl-Meyer motor assessment-upper extremities(FMA-UE),modified Barthel index(MBI),visual analogue scale(VAS),edema degree and passive range of motion(PROM)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,total response rate of clinical treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of FMA-UE,MBI and PROM in both groups were increased,which were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05),while scores of VAS and edema degree were decreased,which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kinesio tape combined with scapular strengthening exercise can effectively promote the recovery of upper limb motor function,improve activities of daily living,relieve pain and edema of affected side in patients with shoulder pain after ischemic stroke.
