摘　　要：目的通过多重线性回归分析乳腺癌患者癌症经验与效能量表(CEES)评分影响因素及干预措施。方法回顾性选取2020年7月至2024年3月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院收治的1000例乳腺癌患者,使用一般资料调查表、CEES量表评价患者的感知控制水平,通过多重线性回归分析感知控制水平的影响因素。结果CEES量表经验总分为(45.78±8.77)分、效能总分为(27.95±6.89)分;不同受教育程度、生育状况、居住地、手术方式、病理分期、社会支持患者的CEES评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多重线性回归分析显示,居住地、受教育程度、生育状况、手术方式、病理分期、社会支持为乳腺癌患者CEES-经验得分、CEES-效能得分的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者感知控制能力处于中等水平,其独立影响因素为受教育程度、居住地、生育状况、病理分期、社会支持、手术方式,临床可针对性制定干预措施。Objective To analyze the influencing factors and intervention measures of cancer experience and efficacy scale(CEES)scores in patients with breast cancer by multiple linear regression.Methods A total of 1000 breast cancer patients in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from July 2020 to March 2024 were selected retrospectively.The general information questionnaire and CEES scale were used to evaluate the level of patients’perceived control.The influencing factors of the level of perceived control were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The total experience score and efficacy score of CEES were(45.78±8.77)score and(27.95±6.89)score,respectively.There were differences in the CEES scores of patients with different education levels,birth status,residence,surgical methods,pathological stages and social support(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the independent influencing factors of CEES experience score and CEES efficacy score of breast cancer patients were residence,education level,fertility status,surgical method,pathological stage and social support(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast cancer patients’perceived control ability is at the medium level,and its independent influencing factors are education level,residence,fertility status,pathological stage,social support,and surgical methods.Clinical intervention measures can be formulated.
