阶梯目标模式结合营养支持疗法对食管癌患者术后康复、机体营养状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阶梯目标模式结合营养支持疗法对食管癌患者术后康复、机体营养状况的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月郑州大学第二附属医院收治的200例食管癌患者。对照组(100例)接受常规术后管理,观察组(100例)在此基础上接受阶梯目标模式结合营养支持疗法。比较两组患者的术后住院时间、并发症发生率、生活质量评分、血清白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(Tf)、血红蛋白(Hb)等指标。结果观察组的术后住院时间、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的ALB、PA、Tf、Hb等指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阶梯目标模式结合营养支持疗法能够有效促进食管癌患者术后康复,改善机体营养状况,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of ladder goal mode combined with nutritional support therapy on postoperative recovery and nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Two hundred patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(100 cases)received routine postoperative management,while the observation group(100 cases)received ladder goal mode combined with nutritional support therapy on this basis.The postoperative hospitalization time,complication rate,quality of life score,serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),transferrin(Tf),hemoglobin(Hb)and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative hospitalization time and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the ALB,PA,Tf,Hb and other indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ladder goal mode combined with nutritional support therapy can effectively promote postoperative recovery,improve nutritional status and patients’quality-of-life status following esophageal cancer treatment,suggesting its potential value for widespread clinical implementation.
