低功能团体人际治疗对女性精神分裂症患者治疗态度人际关系及服药依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨低功能团体人际治疗对女性精神分裂症患者治疗态度、人际关系及服药依从性的影响。方法将88例女性精神分裂症患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各44例。两组患者均给予常规药物治疗及病区的常规干预,研究组患者在此基础上给予低功能团体人际治疗。干预4周。比较干预前后两组患者自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)、人际关系综合诊断量表评分,并比较两组患者服药依从性。结果研究组患者4例脱落,对照组患者5例脱落,最终研究组纳入40例,对照组纳入39例。干预后,两组患者ITAQ评分较干预前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。干预后,研究组患者人际关系综合诊断量表总分及各维度评分较干预前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组患者服药总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低功能团体人际治疗应用于女性精神分裂症患者,可以改善患者治疗态度和人际关系,提高患者对疾病的认识和服药依从性,效果较好。Objective To explore the effect of low-function group interpersonal therapy on the treatment attitude,interpersonal relationships and medication compliance of female schizophrenia patients.Methods Eighty-eight female schizophrenia patients were divided into research and control group according to random number table method,with 44 ones in each.Both groups received routine drug treatment and ward's routine intervention and on this basis research group did low-function group interpersonal therapy,for 4 weeks.Pre-and post-intervention Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ)and Interpersonal Relationship Assessment Scale(IRAS)scores were compared,medication compliance of the two groups done.Results In research group 4 patients dropped out and control 5,finally 40 cases were included in research group and 39 control.After intervention,the ITAQ scores of both groups elevated compared with pre-intervention and that was higher in research than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).After intervention,the total and each dimension scores of the IRAS lowered in both groups compared with pre-intervention and those were lower in research than control group(P<0.01).The total adherence rate of medication was higher in research than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-function group interpersonal treatment can improve the patient's attitude towards treatment,interpersonal relationships,awareness of disease and adherence to medication of female schizophrenia patients and has better result.
