单纯白内障手术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析对闭角型青光眼合并白内障的患者实施单纯白内障手术治疗的应用效果。方法选取2022年11月至2023年11月牡丹江医科大学附属红旗医院收治的72例闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方案不同分为参照组(36例)和试验组(36例),参照组采用小梁切除手术治疗,试验组采用白内障手术治疗。比较两组患者的视力和眼压、并发症、治疗效果情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的视力和眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组患者视力高于参照组,眼压低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组的并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者实施白内障手术治疗,能够有效改善视力和眼压状况,减少并发症的发生,整体疗效优异,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of single cataract surgery on patients with angle-closure glaucoma with cataract.Methods A total of 72 patients with angle-closure glaucoma with cataract admitted to Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the reference group(36 cases)and the experimental group(36 cases)according to different treatment plans.The reference group was treated with trabeculectomy,while the experimental group was treated with cataract surgery.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure,complications and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in visual acuity and intraocular pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the intraocular pressure was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cataract surgery for patients with angle closure glaucoma with cataract can effectively improve visual acuity and intraocular pressure,reduce the occurrence of complications,and achieve excellent overall efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
