摘  要:目的探究泌尿外科护理中应用精细化管理的临床价值。方法选取2022年3月至2023年4月宁德市闽东医院泌尿外科的86例实习护生作为研究对象,采用双色球随机抽取法将其分为传统组(n=43)和实验组(n=43)。传统组采用常规护理带教,实验组采用目标管理教学。比较两组的护理三基成绩、护理技能成绩、护生对实习带教方法满意度和自主学习能力。结果实验组的护理三基成绩、护理技能成绩、护生对实习带教方法满意度和自主学习能力评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在开展泌尿外科护理带教过程中,将目标管理教学法运用其中,不但有助于提高实习护生的理论和实践技能考核成绩,还可以提升他们对临床护理带教的满意程度,可进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the applying effect of goal management teaching in urology nursing teaching.Methods From March 2022 to April 2023,86 nurse trainees from the Department of Urology in Mindong Hospital of Ningde were selected as the study objects,they were divided into the traditional group(n=43)and the experimental group(n=43)according to the two-color sphere random selection method.The students in the traditional group accepted routine nursing teaching,and those in the experimental group accepted goal management teaching.The score of basic knowledge,the score of nursing skills,the satisfaction with teaching and independent learning ability were compared between the two groups.Results The score of basic knowledge,the score of nursing skills,the satisfaction with teaching,and independent learning ability in the experimental group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of urology nursing teaching,applying goal management teaching can not only help to improve the theoretical and practical skills of nurse trainees,but also improve their satisfaction with clinical nursing teaching,which can be furtherly promoted and applied.
