摘 要:从出场语境来看,数字化转型与高质量发展是新时期教育内涵式深化的客观要求,而人工智能技术的发展与革新为教育数字化转型提供了技术条件和动力支持,教育数字化转型亦由此成为数字技术驱动与“高质量”发展相耦合的必然结果。研究立足于教育数字化转型的结构复合论、情境创设论与实践过程论,进一步将教育数字化转型的概念内涵凝练为“技术理性”“技术精神”“技术价值”与教育形态、组织、结构与系统等的全面性融合和深层次互嵌过程;并在阐释教育数字化转型的生态协同性、动态优化性、系统调节性与情境涌现性等价值特征的基础上,刻画了数字化转型赋能教育发展的价值蕴含与现实机理。有鉴于此,加强主体教育以提升公民数字素养与技能,增强教育数字化转型的适应力;改善数据治理形式以改善教育信息质量,强化教育数字化转型的动力支撑;厘清利益关系平衡以优化教育发展环境,明确教育数字化转型的发展取向;加强技术问题治理以遏制技术伦理风险,强化教育数字化转型的条件保障;如上路径为推进和实现教育数字化转型发展目标的理性选择与应有之义。From the perspective of appearance context,digital transformation and high-quality development are both objective requirements for deepening the connotation of education in the new era.The innovation of artificial intelligence technology provides technical conditions and driving force support for digital transformation of education,and digital transformation of education has also become an inevitable result of the coupling of digital technology drive and“high-quality”development.The research is based on the epistemology,methodology,and ontology of educational digital transformation,further condensing the conceptual connotation of educational digital transformation into a comprehensive integration and deep embedding process of“technological rationality”,“technological spirit”,“technological value”and educational form,organization,structure,and system.On the basis of elucidating the ecological synergy,dynamic optimization,systematic regulation,and situational emergence of digital transformation in education,the value implications and practical mechanisms of digital transformation empowering educational development are depicted.In view of this,strengthening subject education to enhance citizens'digital literacy and skills,thereby enhancing the adaptability of educational digital transformation;Improve the form of data governance to enhance the quality of educational information,thereby strengthening the driving force for digital transformation in education;Clarify the balance of interests to optimize the environment for educational development,thereby clarifying the development orientation of digital transformation in education;Strengthening the governance of technical issues to curb ethical risks in technology,thereby enhancing the conditions for the digital transformation of education;It is a rational choice and a necessary obligation to promote and achieve the goal of digital transformation and development in education.
