摘 要:目的分析数字化技术配合模型制作种植导板种植修复术用于牙列缺失修复中的美学效果。方法选取2021年6月至2024年6月濮阳市第三人民医院口腔科收治的牙列缺失患者100例,根据治疗方法不同分为2组,对照组50例患者予以传统种植修复术,观察组50患者予以数字化技术配合模型制作种植导板种植修复术,比较两组患者治疗疗效、种植体偏差、美学效果、并发症及满意度情况。结果观察组98.00%的治疗总有效率较对照组86.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组种植体位置偏差低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1周、术后6个月的红色美学指数(PES)、白色美学指数(WES)均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组2.00%的并发症发生率与对照组8.00%相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙列缺失修复中应用数字化技术配合模型制作种植导板种植修复术可提高疗效,减小种植体偏差,改善美学效果,且并发症少。Objective To explore and analyze the aesthetic effects of using digital technology combined with model making for implant guide plate implant restoration in the restoration of missing teeth.Methods From June 2021 to June 2024,100 patients with dentition loss admitted to the Stomatology Department of the Third People's Hospital of Puyang City were selected and divided into 2 groups according to different treatment methods,50 patients in each control group and observation group,respectively,were given traditional implant prosthesis and digital technology combined with model making implant guide prosthesis.The postoperative effificacy,implant deviation,aesthetic effect,complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The excellent and good treatment rate of 98.00%in the observation group was higher than that of 86.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The deviation of implant position in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The red aesthetic index(PES)and white aesthetic index(WES)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 1 week and 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).There was no signifificant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group 2.00%and the control group 8.00%(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of digital technology combined with model making for implant guide plate in the restoration of missing teeth can improve the effificacy,reduce implant deviation,improve aesthetic effects,and have fewer complications.
