全瓷高嵌体修复治疗牙体缺损的效果及对牙周健康、炎症反应和美观度的影响

摘　　要：目的探究全瓷高嵌体修复方法在牙体缺损治疗中的效果。方法将2023年4月至2024年4月在厦门弘爱医院接受诊治的80例牙体缺损患者,根据患者入院单双日的顺序将患者分成试验组40例及对照组40例。对照组行全瓷冠修复,观察组行全瓷高嵌体修复,比较两组的预后情况。结果试验组治疗后3个月的牙龈指数、牙周袋深度及探诊出血三项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后的咬合功能、咀嚼功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后修复体的外形、边缘适合评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全瓷高嵌体修复治疗牙体缺损可有效改善患者的功能并提升美观度。Objective To explore the effect of all-ceramic onlay restoration in the treatment of tooth defect.Methods From April 2023 to April 2024,40 patients with tooth defects were diagnosed and treated in our hospital,and they were divided into experimental group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to the order of single and double days of admission.The control group received all-ceramic crown restoration,and the observation group received all-ceramic inlay restoration.The prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results Three months after treatment,the gingival index,periodontal pocket depth and bleeding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of occlusal function and masticatory function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the shape and marginal fifit score of the prosthesis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions All-ceramic inlay restoration can effectively improve the function of patients and enhance the aesthetics.
