树脂美容修复与断冠再接修复在年轻恒牙外伤治疗中的效果比较

摘　　要：目的对比树脂美容修复与断冠再接修复在年轻恒牙外伤治疗中的效果。方法回顾性选取2022年12月至2023年1122月南通市口腔医院收治的150例年轻恒牙外伤患者,依照治疗方式将患者分为两组,即采取树脂美容修复的100例患者分为树脂美容组(患牙数106颗),采取断冠再接修复的50例患者分为断冠再接组(患牙数50颗)。对所有患者分别于治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月进行门诊复查随访,比较其修复成功率,比较两组医生主观修复效果判断(密合性、咬合、颜色、外形),最后对比患者对修复的主观满意度(固位功能、咀嚼功能、冷热敏感、舒适度、美观性)。结果断冠再接组与树脂美容组治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月修复成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);断冠再接组与树脂美容组治疗后密合性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),断冠再接组咬合、颜色、外形评分高于树脂美容组(P<0.05);断冠再接组与树脂美容组治疗后关于固位功能、咀嚼功能及冷热敏感满意度分数对比无明显差异(P>0.05),断冠再接组患者关于舒适度、美观性的满意度分数高于树脂美容组(P<0.05)。结论树脂美容修复与断冠再接修复治疗年轻恒牙外伤均具有显著效果,修复成功率均较高,但通过断冠再接修复治疗牙齿咬合、颜色、外形情况更好,患者满意度更高。Objective To compare the effects of resin cosmetic restoration and crown reattachment restoration in the treatment of young permanent tooth injuries.Methods A retrospective study of 150 young patients with permanent dental trauma admitted to Nantong Stomatological Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 was retrospectively selected,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment mode:the 100 patients who underwent resin cosmetic restoration were divided into the resin cosmetic group(with 106 affected teeth),and the 50 patients who underwent fracture crown reattachment restoration were divided into the fracture crown reattachment group(with 50 affected teeth).Outpatient follow-up visits were conducted for all patients at 3 months,6 months,12 fimonths after treatment to compare their repair success rates.The subjective repair effect judgments of the two groups of doctors(fit,bite,ficolor,appearance)were compared.Finally,the subjective satisfaction of patients with the repair(fixation function,chewing function,thermal sensitivity,comfort,aesthetics)was compared.Results fiThere was no significant difference in the success rate of repair between the group with broken crown reattachment and the group with resin cosmetic treatment at 3,6,12 months after treatment(P>0.05);There fiwas no significant difference(P>0.05)in the sealing performance between the group with broken crown reattachment and the group with resin cosmetic treatment after treatment.The bite,color,and appearance scores of the group with broken crown reattachment were higher than those of the group with resin cosmetic treatment(P fi<0.05);There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the satisfaction scores fiof fixation function,chewing function,and cold and hot sensitivity between the group of patients who underwent crown reattachment and the resin cosmetic group after treatment.The satisfaction scores of comfort and aesthetics in the group of patients who underwent crown reattachment were higher than those in the resin cos
