江苏茶叶生产技术发展现状与展望

摘　　要：江苏作为我国茶叶重点产区之一,具有悠久的产茶历史,在我国茶产业中有一定的影响力。文章概述了江苏茶树种质资源和品种选育、栽培技术、病虫害防治技术、茶叶加工和智慧生产等方面的发展历程与现状。江苏茶树种质资源和品种日益丰富,栽培技术日趋完善和高效,病虫害防治技术从单一的化学防治逐步发展到综合防治、无公害防治、绿色防治和初步实现“无化”防治。江苏名茶加工技术不断提升,逐步实现了从手工加工到单机化、连续化,再到智能化的转变。智慧生产技术经历了初步探索、应用与拓展和集成发展阶段。未来,江苏茶产业将通过提升育种技术、推广机械化采摘及配套技术、完善无化防治技术、推进智能连续加工技术以及全产业链智慧集成管理,进一步提升其竞争力。Jiangsu is a major tea-producing province in China,known for its long history and considerable influence in the country's tea industry.This article outlined the development and current status of Jiangsu's tea industry,focus-ing on advancements in tea germplasm resources,tea breeding,cultivation techniques,pest and disease manage-ment,tea processing and intelligent production.The germplasm resources and tea cultivars in Jiangsu are becoming increasingly abundant,and the cultivation techniques are becoming more perfect and efficient.The pest and disease control technology has gradually developed from single chemical control to comprehensive,pollution-free and green control.The processing technology of Jiangsu famous tea continues to improve,gradually realizing the trans-formation from manual processing to single machine and continuous processing,and then to intelligence.Smart pro-duction technology has gone through stages of initial exploration,application and expansion,and integrated devel-opment.In the future,the tea industry in Jiangsu will further enhance its competitiveness by improving breeding technology,promoting mechanized picking and supporting technology,improving chemical control technology,pro-moting intelligent continuous processing technology,and implementing intelligent integrated management through-out the entire industry chain.
