林芝茶叶种植史及茶文化初考

摘　　要：林芝是我国著名的“高原茶叶之乡”,林芝市的雅鲁藏布江下游和察隅河流域是我国茶树生长的适宜区,也是西藏茶叶的主要产区。茶产业是林芝市“一带四基地”农牧特色产业之一,在带动林芝各区县经济发展、促进当地茶农增收等方面发挥着重要作用。林芝植茶历史特殊,茶相关文化内涵丰富。文章追溯了藏族饮茶的历史渊源,梳理了我国内地与西藏的茶马往来史,分析了西藏本土植茶历史缘由,意为系统考证晚清到中华人民共和国成立后林芝茶树试种的艰辛过程,挖掘林芝完整的植茶史,以期对林芝茶品牌打造及茶旅融合发展提供有益支持。Linzhi is China's famous"hometown of plateau tea".The lower reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River and the Chayu River Basin in Linzhi City are suitable areas for tea plantation and also the main tea-producing areas in Xizang.The tea industry is one of the agricultural and animal husbandry characteristic industries of"one belt and four bases"in Linzhi City.It plays an important role in driving the economic development of various districts and counties in Linzhi and promoting the income increase of local tea farmers.Linzhi has a unique planting history and rich cultural connotations related to tea.The article traced the historical origin of Tibetan tea drinking,sorted out the history of tea-horse trade between the inland of the motherland and Xizang,and analyzed the historical reasons for the local cultivation of tea in Xizang.The article attempted to systematically research the arduous process of tea trial planting in Linzhi from the late Qing Dynasty to the founding of the People's Republic of China,and unearthed the complete history of tea planting in Linzhi,in order to provide useful support for Linzhi tea brand building and tea tourism integration development.
