摘 要:解决牵引车等商用车的碳排放,已经成为国内碳达峰和碳中和的关键所在。天然气商用车是新能源转型的必选项。改善燃气经济性的方向,可从动力链优化和降低阻力两方面考虑。车辆进行燃气经济性优化时,往往通过对参数细化,对标找出优化方向。本文为寻找燃气经济性优化方向,基于实际道路(国道、平原高速和丘陵高速),对两款牵引车(试验车A和试验车B)进行了燃气经济性对标分析。测试结果表明,车辆的运行工况直接影响气耗,动力链匹配是关键。实际道路中,还需降低附件功耗,如风扇控制相关的冷却控制策略优化和空调控制策略优化。同时优化动力系统,降低摩擦功,降低怠速气耗。Achieving peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality are solemn commitments that our country has made to the world.They require a broad and profound economic and social transformation.For the commercial vehicles,we should reduce the carbon dioxide emissions.Then,we should optimize the powertrain and reduce the resistance.Based on actual roads(the national road,plain-area expressway and hill-area expressway),we have developed the experimental study(two tractors:Test tractor A and Test tractor B)on gas economy of tractors benchmarking.The running mode can influence the gas consumption,the key is the power train.On actual roads,we should optimize cooling-system control strategy of fan-control,even the HVAC control strategy.We should optimize the power train,and reduce the friction power.We should take action to reduce gas consumption on idling.
