摘 要:随着汽车工业的蓬勃发展,新车型研发迭代加速,整车安全性能的开发效率成为关键技术之一。本研究对平台车型进行仿真和试验数据对标,构建整车正面碰撞仿真相关性模型。在新车型开发中对前保险杠、吸能盒和前纵梁等关键零部件进行正面碰撞仿真优化。结果表明,基于相关性模型的仿真效率更高,新车型的仿真在能量吸收、结构变形等方面与验证试验数据基本一致。本研究有效提升了整车有限元模型的开发效率,为整车安全性能开发提供了实践经验。With the development of the automotive industry and the accelerated iteration of new car development,the development efficiency of the whole vehicle safety performance has become one of the key technologies.In this study,the simulation and test data of platform cars are benchmarked to construct a frontal crash simulation correlation model for the whole vehicle.The frontal crash simulation optimisation is carried out for key components such as the front bumper,energy absorbing box and front longitudinal beam in the development of new vehicle.The results show that the simulation based on the correlation model is more efficient,and the simulation of the new car is basically consistent with the validation test data in terms of energy absorption and structural deformation.This study effectively improves the development efficiency of the finite element model of the whole vehicle and provides practical experience for the development of the safety performance of the whole vehicle.
