摘 要:本文介绍了某地铁项目的车体气密性评价指标来源,确定了该项目的车体气密性指标:车体一次性气密试验车内压力从2600 Pa降至1000 Pa所需时间大于28 s,整车气密性试验车内压力从2600 Pa降至1000 Pa所需时间大于18 s。为满足车体气密性需求,车体从大部件之间接口的优化、采用铝蜂窝焊接司机室两方面优化了车体结构。最后通过车体一次性气密性试验及整车气密性试验,验证了该车体结构的气密性满足指标要求。This paper introduces the source of the evaluation index of the air tightness of the car body of a subway project,and determines the air tightness index of the car body:the time required for the one-time air tightness test of the car body is greater than 28 s to reduce the pressure in the vehicle from 2600 Pa to 1000 Pa,and the time required for the internal pressure of the vehicle to decrease from 2600 Pa to 1000 Pa is greater than 18 s.In order to meet the needs of air tightness of the car body,the car body structure was optimized from two aspects:the optimization of the interface between large parts and the use of aluminum honeycomb welding driver's cab.Finally,through the one-time air tightness test of the car body and the air tightness test of the whole vehicle,it is verified that the air tightness of the car body structure meets the requirements of the index.
