摘 要:以某伸缩杆式有轨移车台为研究对象,对其工作原理及结构组成进行了详细描述;在ANSYS软件中对移车台结构进行受力分析,计算多种工况下移车台结构的静态特性,验证了60 t伸缩杆式有轨移车台结构性能满足使用要求。同时,本文还对主体机架中的横梁结构轻量化进行了初步研究,建立了参数优化设计模型,并通过非支配排序的遗传算法(NSGA-Ц)对横梁结构进行优化设计,使单根横梁减重23.48 kg,整体横梁减重422.64 kg,占横梁总重8%。研究结果可为机械结构的优化设计提供一种思路和方法。Taking a telescopic rod type rail moving platform as the research subject,its working principle and structure are elaborated in detail.The structural performance of the 60T telescopic rod rail shifting platform can meet the requirements of use.The static characteristics of the moving platform structure are computed in ANSYS software.Simultaneously,a preliminary study on the lightweight beam structure is also conducted in this paper.A parameter optimization design model is established,and the beam structure is optimized through the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm,reducing the weight of a single beam by 23.48 kg and that of the entire beam by 422.64 kg,accounting for 8%of the total weight of the beam.The research results can provide an idea and method for the optimal design of mechanical structures.
