摘 要:随着汽车产业的快速发展和市场竞争的加剧,汽车生产线自动化已成为提升生产效率、降低成本的关键手段。在这一背景下,工业机器人的应用日益广泛,其在汽车生产线自动化改造中发挥着不可替代的作用。本文介绍了汽车生产线自动化的关键性和工业机器人在焊接、搬运、涂装等环节的具体应用。同时,分析了技术、经济和社会挑战,并提出了应对策略。最后,展望了工业机器人在汽车生产线自动化中的未来发展前景。With the rapid development of the automotive industry and the intensification of market competition,automation of automotive production lines has become a key means to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.In this context,the application of industrial robots is becoming increasingly widespread,playing an irreplaceable role in the automation transformation of automotive production lines.This article introduces the criticality of automation in automotive production lines and the specific applications of industrial robots in welding,handling,painting,and other processes.At the same time,technological,economic,and social challenges were analyzed,and response strategies were proposed.Finally,the future development prospects of industrial robots in automotive production line automation were discussed.
