摘  要:“互联网+”行动计划的实施以来,新一代信息技术的突破创新、加速运用,使其逐渐成为物联网产业发展的新形态,开放式、跨行业、协同化、融合化创新将成为新业态发展主流。同时,校企的合作模式也在悄然改变,产教深度融合大背景下校企合作的新模式、新产物——现代产业学院接过校企合作的接力棒,承担了协同育人的重担。本文通过分析各院校基于校企合作协同育人的人才培养模式存在的问题,针对问题制定基于本校实际情况的策略,结合中德先进SGAVE项目等国际课程体系,强化学生创新意识与实践能力的培养,提高学生综合素养,构建了校企联合汽车机电一体化技术技能人才培养的协同育人新模式。Since the implementation of the"Internet+"action plan,the breakthrough innovation and accelerated application of a new generation of information technology have gradually become a new form of development of the Internet of Things industry,and open,cross-industry,collaborative,and integrated innovation will become the mainstream of new business development.Meanwhile,the school-enterprise cooperation model is also quietly changing,the new model and new product of school-enterprise cooperation under the background of deep integration of production and education-Modern Industry College took over the baton of school-enterprise cooperation and undertook the burden of collaborative education.By analyzing the problems existing in the talent training mode based on school-enterprise cooperation,this paper formulated strategies based on the actual situation of the university,combined with international curriculum systems such as the Sino-German Advanced SGAVE project,strengthened the cultivation of students'innovative awareness and practical ability,and improved students'comprehensive literacy.A new mode of collaborative education for the training of technical skills of automobile mechatronics is established.
