摘 要:燃气瓦斯系统是炼油厂公用工程系统的重要组成部分,瓦斯系统结构复杂并且稳定性较差,对其优化调度是学术界和工程界的难点。详细分析了炼油厂瓦斯系统存在的问题,综合考虑了瓦斯产量、生产装置热量需求、火炬排放、燃料补充决策和气柜容积调节等因素,遵循分配管线物料平衡、管网物料平衡、工艺约束和操作约束,建立了炼油厂瓦斯系统的多周期优化调度模型,利用遗传算法进行求解。根据工厂实际的生产状况以8 h为时间尺度进行优化调度,优化方案比原方案减少燃料补充60.3%,减少过剩瓦斯排放75.3%,可以为企业节省38.6%的调度操作费用。该模型在满足炼油厂瓦斯系统平稳运行的同时实现节能减排,提升企业瓦斯系统的调度水平和瓦斯的资源利用水平。As an important part of the utility system in refineries,the fuel gas system has a complicate structure and poor system stability,due to which its optimal scheduling is a difficult problem in the academic and engineering fields.This paper provides a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the refinery gas system,taking into account all the factors such as gas production,heat demand of production units,torch emission,fuel replenishment scheme and volume adjustment of gas drums.On this basis,abiding by the distribution pipeline-material balance,pipe network material balance,as well as process and operation constraints,a multi-period optimized scheduling model for the refinery gas system is established,which can solve problems using genetic algorithms.Based on the actual production status of the factory,an optimized scheduling plan is implemented on an 8-hour time scale.The results show that the optimized plan can reduce the fuel replenishment by 60.3%and the excess gas emissions by 75.3%as compared to the original plan,and thus save 38.6%scheduling operation costs for enterprises.In conclusion,this model can achieve energy conservation and emission reduction while satisfying the stable operation of the refinery fuel gas system,thus improving the scheduling level and resource utilization level of the enterprise fuel gas system.
