摘 要:以桐油酸(EA)为原料,引入第二单体甲基丙烯酸苄酯(BzMA),采用Schlenk技术合成了桐油酸-甲基丙烯酸苄酯共聚物(PEBz)和桐油-甲基丙烯酸苄酯共聚物(PTBz),采用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表征共聚物的结构,采用凝胶渗透色谱仪测定共聚物的相对分子质量及其多分散性指数,采用热重分析仪测定共聚物的热稳定性,并对共聚物的抗磨和降凝性能进行评价。结果表明:在单体质量比m(EA)∶m(BzMA)为2∶8、引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)质量分数1.5%、反应温度80℃、反应时间10 h的条件下,PEBz收率为52.98%,相对分子质量为3.388×10^(4),多分散性指数为1.5。在润滑油馏分(350~395℃)中添加质量分数1.0%的PEBz后,磨斑直径降低0.584 mm,凝点降低14℃。PEBz抗磨和降凝效果均优于PTBz,可作为一种兼有抗磨和降凝双重功能的润滑油添加剂代替传统石油基润滑油添加剂。Using eleostearic acid(EA)as raw material,the second monomer benzyl methacrylate(BzMA)was introduced to synthesize eleostearic acid-benzyl methacrylate copolymer(PEBz)and tung oil-benzyl methacrylate copolymer(PTBz)by means of Schlenk technique.The copolymer structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR)and H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H NMR).For the copolymer,the relative molecular mass and polydispersity index were determined by gel permeation chromatograph,the thermal stability was measured by thermogravimetric analyzer,and finally the wear resistance and pour point depression properties were evaluated.The results show that under the conditions of monomer mass ratio of m(EA)∶m(BzMA)=2∶8,initiator azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)mass fraction 1.5%,reaction temperature 80℃and reaction time 10 h,the yield of PEBz copolymer is 52.98%,the relative molecular mass is 3.388×10^(4),and the polydispersity index is 1.5.After adding 1.0%PEBz copolymer into the lubricating oil fraction(350—395℃),the diameter of the wear spot decreases by 0.584 mm and the freezing point decreases by 14℃.It is found that PEBz has better anti-wear and pour point depression effect than PTBz,and thus can be used as a lubricating oil additive with dual functions of anti-wear and pour point depression,acting as a substitute for traditional petroleum-based lubricating oil additives.
