摘 要:新时代背景下,培养跨学科的科技创新人才逐渐成为高教界的必然追求,同时也是高等教育发展的重要趋势。目前,新型人才培养模式没有得到很好的确立,跨学科培养缺乏成熟的模式指导和训练规划、学科体系分散、学科交叉缺乏开放性,未打破固有屏障,人才培养也缺乏强有力的目标导向。为此,结合广州大学学科优势和专业特色,跨学科平台,同时加强与医科学校的合作,创新资源配置,以项目省部级基金项目申请为出发,通过项目研究内容的开展,确保人才培养的顺利进行和科研成果的产出,拓展新的研究方向和研究领域。In the context of the new era,cultivating interdisciplinary scientific and technological innovation talents has gradually become an inevitable pursuit of the higher education community,and it is also an important trend in the development of higher education.At present,the new talent cultivation model has not been well established,interdisciplinary cultivation lacks mature model guidance and training planning,disciplinary system is scattered,interdisciplinary intersection lacks openness,and inherent barriers have not been broken.Talent cultivation also lacks strong goal orientation.To this end,combining the disciplinary advantages and professional characteristics of Guangzhou University,interdisciplinary platforms,and strengthening cooperation with medical schools,innovative resource allocation,starting from the application of provincial and ministerial level fund projects,through the development of project research content,ensure the smooth progress of talent cultivation and the output of scientific research results,and expand new research directions and fields.
