摘 要:从理论上分析了安装基础刚度大型对水冷冷水机组振动烈度的影响,通过实例验证和模态分析得到了安装基础跨度越大、支撑面越小、基材越软、减震配比不足等原因对大型水冷冷水机组刚体振动影响越大的结论。针对水冷冷水试验时振动烈度过大的现象,进而对水冷冷水机组及其安装基础的振动速进行了频谱分析和模态仿真,利用有限模态元软件分析了不同方式安装基础的模态简图。综合分析结果表明:安装基础横向跨度大和支撑面积小是影响水冷冷水机组振动大的重要原因。本文以某个大型项目及其安装层为例,对投入使用的大型水冷冷水机组及辅助设备的安装基础层进行了振动检测和分析,并对安装基础刚度对振动的影响进行了仿真计算,得出了最优的减振措施。In theory,the effects of large-scale installation foundations on the vibration intensity of the water-cold and cold water units are analyzed,and the reasons for.The more conclusions affecting the rigid vibration of large water-cold and cold water units.For the phenomenon of excessive vibration intensity during water-cooled and cold water testing.the vibration analysis and modular simulation of the vibration speed of the water-cooled and cold water units and its installation foundation were performed.Essence The results of comprehensive analysis show that the small horizontal span and the small support area of the installation of the foundation are important reasons that affect the vibration of the cold and cold water units.This article takes a large project and its installation layer as an example.The basic layer of the large water-cooled cold water units and the auxiliary equipment that is put into use is inspected and analyzed.The best vibration reduction measures have been produced.
