摘  要:生成式人工智能(AI)为企业的人才筛选带来了革命性的变化。通过大数据、人工智能等先进技术,AI智能招聘系统能够精准地匹配企业与求职者的需求,从而大幅提高招聘效率和质量。文章探讨了生成式人工智能在职位描述自动生成、简历筛选与人才匹配、面试问题生成与评估,以及候选人评估报告生成等方面的技术原理,强调了其提升招聘效率、提高匹配精度、减少偏见和优化决策支持等应用优势,也指出其面临诸多挑战。对此,文章提出优化数据质量与消除偏见,强化数据隐私保护与安全措施,提升技术接受度与促进人机协作等优化策略。Generative AI has brought revolutionary changes to talent screening.Through advanced technologies represented by big data and AI,AI intelligent recruitment systems can accurately match the needs of enterprises with job hunters,thereby significantly boosting recruitment efficiency and quality.In this context,the article explores the technical principles of generative AI in automatic generation of job descriptions,resume screening and talent matching,interview question generation and evaluation and candidate evaluation report generation.Furthermore,it emphasizes its advantages in enhancing recruitment efficiency and matching accuracy,reducing bias,and optimizing decision-making support,but also points out challenges.In response,optimization strategies are proposed such as enhancing data quality and eliminating biases,strengthening data privacy protection and security measures,boosting acceptance and promoting human-machine collaboration.
