摘　　要：目的:调查某部军事飞行学员口腔健康状况及口腔健康行为,为制定相关口腔健康行为干预方法提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,选择空军某部军事飞行学员102名进行口腔健康检查,并对口腔健康行为进行问卷调查。结果:102名飞行学员的龋齿患病率42.2%,龋均为0.84。下颌前牙舌侧及上颌磨牙颊侧牙石检出率64.7%。牙龈出血检出率11%。牙周袋检出率为0。下颌第三磨牙阻生占44.1%。口腔卫生习惯:70.59%的学员每天刷牙2次,刷牙时长1~3 min占83.33%,57.84%的学员使用牙线,但使用频率低,每天使用牙线的仅占18.63%。牙龈出血和口腔溃疡是飞行学员出现比较多的问题,但就诊率低,70.37%的学员1年内没有口腔就诊经历。飞行学员中94.5%认为口腔健康非常重要。最想了解的口腔健康知识为刷牙方法占53.7%,口腔异味的治疗占42.6%,牙线的使用方法占27.8%。结论:空军某部飞行学员的龋病流行水平较低,下颌第三磨牙阻生率较高,口腔健康意识和行为在人群中处于较高水平;但口腔卫生情况不理想,对正确的口腔保健方法存在疑问,应加强口腔健康宣教,指导空军飞行学员形成良好的口腔健康观念及行为,提高空军飞行人员口腔健康水平。AIM:To investigate the oral health status and oral health behavior of military flight cadets and to provide intervention protocol for their oral health behaviors.METHODS:A total of 102 military flight cadets were recruited with a cluster sampling method.Oral health examination and a questionnaire survey on oral health behaviors were conducted.RESULTS:The prevalence of dental caries in 102 flight cadets was 42.2%,and the caries prevalence was 0.84.The detection rate of calculus on the lingual side of mandibular anterior teeth and maxillary molars was 64.7%.The detection rate of gingival bleeding was 11%,but no periodontal pockets were detected.The incidence of impacted mandibular third molar was 44.1%.Oral health behaviors:70.59%of the recruits brush teeth twice a day.Most of them(83.33%)brush one to three minutes.57.84%use dental floss,but only 18.63%use it every day.Gingival bleeding and oral ulcers are their common concerns,but 70.37%of the study group has no oral treatment within one year.The study group is aware of the importance of oral health.The most wanted knowledge is brushing method(53.7%),treatment of oral odor(42.6%)and flossing method(27.8%).CONCLUSION:The prevalence of caries among the flight cadets of a certain air force unit is low,the rate of mandibular third molar impaction is high,and the oral health awareness and behavior are at a high level in the population.They are highly aware of the importance of oral health but lack of the knowledge of the correct oral hygiene methods.It is necessary to strengthen oral health education and provide guide on oral hygiene concepts and behaviors,which may consequently improve the oral health level of Air Force flight personnel.
