摘　　要：由于根管充填剂封闭性、抗菌性和生物相容性等原因,导致根管治疗总失败率约为18%。近几年来科研人员不断改进根管充填剂,试图提高针对根尖周炎根管治疗的疗效。本文针对根尖周炎的根管治疗,旨在从封闭性、抗菌性和促进根尖周组织修复三方面,总结和树立改良后的氧化锌丁香酚类、氢氧化钙类、玻璃离子类、树脂类、生物陶瓷类根管充填剂的疗效。以期为临床治疗根尖周炎提供更加优良的改进方案,提高治愈率。The total failure rate of root canal therapy is about 18%due to the sealing,antibacterial and biocompatibility of root canal fillers.In recent years,researchers have been improving root canal fillers in an attempt to improve the efficacy of root canal therapy for periapical inflammation.The purpose of this review is to summarize and establish the curative effect of the modified zinc oxide eugenol,calcium hydroxide,glass ion,resin and bioceramics in the root canal therapy of periapical inflammation from three aspects:sealing,antibacterial and promoting periapical tissue repair.In order to provide a better improvement plan for the clinical treatment of periapical inflammation and increase the cure rate.
