摘  要:细菌耐药性已经严重威胁畜牧养殖业的健康可持续发展,新型抗菌药物研发成为研究热点。而新型抗生素的研发周期长、成本高且难度大,因此,植物活性成分越发引起人们关注。黄酮类化合物作为植物中最大的一类次生代谢产物,在自然界中广泛存在,目前已被证实具有良好的抗菌活性,且作为抗菌增效剂使用能消减细菌耐药性,增强抗生素治疗效果,是控制细菌耐药性发展的一个新方向。本文结合近年来的相关文献总结了黄酮类化合物的多种药理作用,针对其抑菌作用和抑菌机制展开综述,同时探索黄酮类化合物与抗生素的协同作用,并总结协同作用机制,以期恢复或增强耐药菌对抗生素的敏感性,为将黄酮类化合物开发成为新型抗菌药物或抗菌增效剂提供理论参考。Bacterial resistance has seriously threatened the healthy and sustainable development of the animal husbandry industry,making the research and development of new antibacterial drugs a research hotspot.However,the development of new antibiotics is time-consuming,costly and challenging.Therefore,plant active ingredients have attracted more and more attention.As the largest class of secondary metabolites in plants,flavonoids are widely distributed in nature and have been proven to exhibit siginficant antibacterial activity.Additionally,when used as antibacterial synergists,flavonoids can reduce bacterial resistance and enhance the efficacy of antibiotic,presenting a new direction in controlling the development of bacterial resistance.Based on literature analysis in recent years,this article summarized the various pharmacological activities of flavonoids,reviewed their antibacterial effects and antibacterial mechanisms,and explored the synergistic effects between flavonoids and antibiotics.Moreover,the mechanism underlying this synergy were discussed,aiming to restore or enhance the sensitivity of resistant bacteria to antibiotics,and provide a theoretical reference for the development of flavonoids as new antibacterial drugs or antibacterial synergists.
