摘　　要：目的:评估动机式访谈结合认知行为疗法针对青少年问题性网络使用的干预效果,探讨这种综合方法对干预青少年问题性网络使用的独特优势。方法:通过动机式访谈结合认知行为疗法对一例问题性网络使用的青少年进行12次心理咨询,配合4次家长访谈。设计四阶段干预方案,即探索与激发、巩固与矫正、识别与挑战、发展与预防。采用青少年问题性网络使用量表、基本心理需要满足量表评估治疗效果。结果:干预后来访者实现了从“问题性网络使用者”到“正常使用者”的转变,基本心理需要满足程度明显提升;一个月后随访结果表明干预效果稳定。结论:动机式访谈结合认知行为疗法可发挥协同作用改善青少年问题性网络使用,减少外部消极行为,提升内部积极心理需要,实现了心理干预中“来访者利益最大化”原则。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of a motivational interview combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy intervention for adolescents'problematic internet use.Methods:Twelve sessions of psychological counseling through motivational interviewing combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy for an adolescent with problematic internet use were conducted in conjunction with four parent interviews,and the treatment effects were assessed using the adolescent problematic internet use scale and the basic psychological needs satisfaction scale.Results:After the intervention,the visitors changed from problematic internet users to normal users,and the degree of satisfaction of internal basic psychological needs increased significantly,and the effect of the intervention was stabilized at the one-month follow-up.Conclusion:Motivational interviewing combined with cognitive-behavioral therapy can play a synergistic role,improve adolescents' problematic internet use,reduce external negative behavior,enhance the internal positive psychological needs,and realize the principle of client benefit maximization in psychological intervention.
