摘 要:针对机械密封常用的碳化硅摩擦副材料,在试验机上进行摩擦副在不同转速、法向载荷以及材料配对条件下进行摩擦试验,对比分析密封环的摩擦系数和端面形貌变化规律。结果显示:在干运转工况下,密封环摩擦系数受转速、压力和材料的影响,试验阶段密封环摩擦副的摩擦系数随时间不断变化,且加碳碳化硅(SSiC+C)/反应烧结碳化硅(RBSiC)的摩擦系数在运行初始阶段要小于反应烧结碳化硅(RBSiC)/反应烧结碳化硅(RBSiC)。因此,当选用碳化硅/碳化硅配对的机械密封需短暂的运行干摩擦工况时,窄密封环可选用加碳碳化硅,通过降低转速、载荷和减少运行时间,可减少干摩擦工况对机械密封端面的损伤。According to the silicon carbide friction pair material commonly used in mechanical seal,the friction test was carried out on the test machine under the conditions of different speed,normal load and material pairing,and the change law of the friction coefficient and the surface topography of the sealing ring was compared and analyzed.The results show:Under dry running conditions,the friction coefficient of the seal ring is affected by the speed,pressure and material,and the friction coefficient of the seal ring friction pair changes with time during the test stage.The friction coefficient of carbonized silicon carbide(SSiC+C)/reaction-sintered silicon carbide(RBSiC)is lower than that of reaction-sintered silicon carbide(RBSiC)/reaction-sintered silicon carbide(RBSiC)at the initial stage of operation.Therefore,if the mechanical seal with silicon carbide/silicon carbide pairing needs to run dry friction conditions for a short time,the narrow seal ring can be used to add carbon silicon carbide,reduce the speed,load and reduce the running time,in order to reduce the dry friction conditions on the mechanical seal end face damage.
