摘 要:检测质量控制是实验室质量管理体系的关键环节,大多数实验室对质量管理仍停留在定性控制方面,为了实现实验室质量数据的定量分析和控制,提高实验室的检测质量和管理水平,根据实验室检测质量控制理论和典型项目测试方法,以电磁兼容实验室的传导骚扰测试项目为研究对象,提出一种利用重复性考核数据进行实验室检测质量控制的方法。制定了科学的试验方案,并结合数理统计理论,对所提方法进行了论证分析。研究结果显示,对于实验室的传导骚扰测试项目,标准差引入的不确定度超出了标准要求的接收机读数不确定度范围,最大超出0.10dB,最小超出0.03dB,得出该实验室中传导骚扰测试项目重复性考核结果不能接受的结论。最后,在试验数据和统计分析的基础上,提出实验室检测质量控制的指导性建议。Detection quality control is a crucial part of the laboratory quality management system.However,most laboratories still remain at the stage of qualitative control in terms of quality management.In order to achieve quantitative analysis,control of laboratory quality data,improve the testing quality,and management level of the laboratory,a method of using repetitive assessment data for laboratory testing quality control was proposed based on the theory of laboratory quality control and typical project testing methods,taking the electromagnetic compatibility conducted disturbance measurement as the research object.A scientific experimental plan has been developed,and proposed method has been analyzed and verified in conjunction with mathematical statistics theory.The research results show that for conducted disturbance measurement,the uncertainty introduced by standard deviation exceeds the range of receiver reading uncertainty required by the standard,with a maximum exceeding value 0.1 dB and a minimum exceeding value 0.03 dB.As a result,it is concluded that the repeatability assessment results of the conducted emission test items in this laboratory are unacceptable.Finally,based on the statistical analysis of experimental data,suggestions for quality control in the laboratory are proposed.
