摘 要:目的探究当代大学生人格特质对社会适应能力的影响,并分析学习焦虑的中介作用。方法自2022年12月至2023年4月,选取北京中医药大学300名在校生为研究对象,采用中国“大五”学生人格问卷简式版、社会适应能力诊断量表、学习焦虑量表等方法进行测量,并运用相关分析、中介效应检验等方法进行数据分析。结果共发放问卷300份,回收有效问卷248份,有效率为82.6%。神经质人格(β=-0.20,P<0.01)和学习焦虑(β=-0.16,P<0.05)能负向预测社会适应能力,严谨性人格(β=0.13,P<0.05)能正向预测社会适应能力,学习焦虑在神经质、严谨性与社会适应能力之间起中介作用。结论大五人格可以直接影响社会适应能力,也可以通过学习焦虑间接影响社会适应能力,为有针对性地干预学习焦虑、提高大学生社会适应能力和心理健康水平提供了学术参考。Objective To explore the impact of college students’personality traits on social adaptation ability,and to analyze the mediating role of learning anxiety.Methods From December 2022 to April 2023,300 students from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.The Chinese big five personality questionnaire short version,social adaptability diagnostic scale,and learning anxiety scale were used to test.Correlation analysis,intermediary effect test,and other methods were used for data analysis.Results A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed,and 248 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effectiveness rate of 82.6%.Neurotic personality(β=-0.20,P<0.01)and learning anxiety(β=-0.16,P<0.05)were significant negative predictor of social adaptability,conscientiousness(β=0.13,P<0.05)was a significant positive predictor of social adaptability.Learning anxiety mediated the relationship between neuroticism,conscientiousness,and social adaptability.Conclusion The big five personality traits can directly affect social adaptation ability and can also indirectly affect social adaptation ability through learning anxiety,providing academic references for targeted intervention in learning anxiety and for improving college students’social adaptation ability and mental health levels.
