摘　　要：三道两路指气道、谷道、水道三道和龙路、火路两路,三道两路沟通人体全身内外左右,在人体内部是气血化生和运行的通路,也是人体和外部环境联系的通路。黄瑾明教授基于三道两路理论,认为肝居于中并参与食饮的消化吸收,在功能上应归属于谷道,因此在治疗慢性肝病时,多从谷道入手。“百病皆因毒而起”,黄教授认为,慢性肝病主要由于毒邪侵袭谷道之肝,肝疏泄失常,气机不畅,道路不通,气血失衡,天地人三气失于同步而发。治疗上黄教授遵循调气、解毒两大原则,重视恢复谷道功能,擅长运用鸡屎藤、牛大力、田基黄等特色壮药,旨在清除谷道积聚毒邪,通畅三道两路,使气血平衡,天地人三气同步,恢复人体阴阳平衡。黄教授将其壮医临床经验提炼成三道两路辨证体系,实践证明,从谷道实热证辨证论治慢性肝病,其效果显著,为壮医药干预常见慢性病提供强有力的临床依据。Three channels and two paths refer to three channels of qi channel,rice channel,water channel,and two paths of dragon path and fire path.Three channels and two paths communicate whole body inside and outside,left and right of human body,inside human body,they are pathways for generation and operation of qi and blood,also pathways for connection between human body and external environment.Based on the theory of three channels and two paths,Professor Huang Jinming believes that liver is located in the middle,participates in digestion and absorption of food and drink.Functionally,it should belong to rice channel.Therefore,when treating chronic liver diseases,it often starts from rice channel.“All diseases start because of toxins”,Professor Huang believes that chronic liver diseases are mainly due to invasion of toxic pathogens into liver of rice channel,liver fails to function properly,qi is not smooth,path is blocked,qi and blood are imbalanced,three qi of heaven,earth and human are out of sync.In treatment,Professor Huang follows two principles of regulating qi and detoxifying,attaches great importance to restoring function of rice channel,is good at using such Zhuang medicines as Paederia scandens,Achyranthes bidentata,and Scutellaria baicalensis,aiming to remove accumulated toxic pathogens in rice channel,unblock three channels and two paths,balance qi and blood,synchronize three qi of heaven,earth,and human,and restore balance of yin and yang in human body.Professor Huang has refined Zhuang medical clinical experiences into three channels and two paths syndrome differentiation system.Practice has also proved that syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic liver diseases based on syndrome of heat excess in rice channel,has obvious curative effects,providing a strong clinical basis for Zhuang medicine to intervene in common chronic diseases.
