摘 要:推进乡村学校教育教学数字化转型是新时代乡村教育振兴的重要手段。数字化赋能可以为乡村学校教研的开展提供丰富的优质教育资源、灵活的教研方式、精准的教研过程和多样化的教研机制。目前,数字化赋能乡村学校教研存在诸多现实困境:学校对教研数字化的认识不充分,平台资源缺乏指向乡村学校特需的本土化内容,教师数字素养不高且对教研资源利用不积极不充分,协同教研中的优质校主导容易忽视乡村学校的特殊性。数字化赋能乡村学校教研需要从以下方面着手:优化资源供给,开发适合乡村学校的数字化平台和教研资源;加强教师数字素养培育,提高教师数字化教研能力;优化协作教研机制,建设以专业人员为引领、以乡村学校为中心的协同教研共同体;完善教研制度,创设数字化赋能乡村学校教研的支持环境。Promoting the digital transformation of rural schools has become an important means of revitalizing rural education in the new era.Digital empowerment can provide rich and high-quality educational resources,flexible teaching and research methods,precise teaching and research processes,and diverse teaching and research mechanisms for rural schools.However,there are practical difficulties in the digital empowerment of rural teaching and research,such as insufficient understanding of digital teaching and research in schools,lack of localized content targeting the special needs of rural schools in platform resources,low digital literacy of teachers,inadequate utilization of teaching and research resources,and ignorance of the particularity of rural school education in focusing on high-quality schools,which affects the quality of teaching and research in rural schools.This paper aims to explore the specific paths toward the digital empowerment of teaching and research in rural schools to optimize resource supply and develop digital platforms and teaching and research resources that are suitable for the needs of rural schools,to strengthen the cultivation of teachers’digital literacy to improve their digital teaching and research capabilities,to streamline the collaborative teaching and research mechanism to build a collaborative teaching and research community led by professionals and centered around rural schools,and to perfect the teaching and research system to create a supportive environment for digital empowerment of teaching and research in rural schools.
