服饰面料用的植物染料提取工艺优化及性能分析

摘  要:针对传统酸碱变色染料用于服装设计时安全性较差的问题,提出一种植物色素染液的提取。试验首先对提取工艺和染色工艺进行优化,然后对其染色效果和pH响应效果进行分析。试验结果表明,适合的色素提取方式为助提剂提取;适合的染色工艺为:染色pH值为4,染色温度为100℃,染色时间为50 min,染色剂质量分数为6%。此条件染色的织物具备良好的pH响应效果,遵循酸黄碱红的变化规律。同煤染色织物的皂洗牢固等级较直接染色皂洗牢固等级提升2级,表现出良好的染色效果。In order to solve the problem of poor safety of traditional acid-base color-changing dyes in clothing design,an extraction of plant pigment dyeing solution was proposed.First,the extraction process and dyeing process were optimized,and then the dyeing effect and pH response effect were analyzed.The test results showed that the suitable pigment extraction method was extraction of additives.The suitable dyeing process was as follows:the dyeing pH value was 4,the dyeing temperature was 100℃,the dyeing time was 50 min,and the mass fraction of the stain was 6%.The fabrics dyed under this condition had a good pH response effect,and followed the change law of acid yellowing and alkali red.The soaping firmness of the same coal dyed fabric was increased by 2 grades compared with that of direct dyeing,and the damping firmness was improved,showing a good dyeing effect.
