摘  要:针对天然钙型卤水中富含多种有益微量元素的特点,开展了卤水净化调整石灰添加量及配制方法的实验,考察了精卤pH值对结晶粒度的影响。结果表明,粒径与精卤pH值有关,精卤pH值为9.5~10.0时,粒径分布主要集中在0.30~0.45 mm;精卤pH值为9.0~9.5时,粒径分布主要集中在0.45~0.90 mm。粒径变大且较为集中,能够增加结晶盐产品的流动性,在一定程度上可改善结块问题,提高食用盐的品质。Aiming at the characteristics of natural calcium type brine rich in various benefi-cial trace elements,experiments were conducted on brine purification,adjustment of lime addition amount and preparation method,and the influence of refined brine pH value on crystal particle size was investigated.The results showed that the particle size is related to the pH value of the brine.When the pH value of the brine is 9.5~10.0,the particle size distribution is mainly concen-trated in 0.30~0.45 mm;When the pH value of brine is 9.0~9.5,the particle size distribution is mainly concentrated in 0.45~0.90 mm.The increase in particle size and concentration can increase the fluidity of crystalline salt products,alleviate the agglomeration problem to a certain extent,and improve the quality of edible salt.
