柯柯盐湖高品质再生盐生产工艺研究

摘　　要：柯柯盐湖东部矿区滩晒池内再生盐在生长结晶过程中,未经人为干预控制,结晶后的再生盐中硫酸根离子、镁离子等杂质含量较高,无法满足纯碱生产质量指标要求。为了实现柯柯盐湖再生盐资源的开发利用,同时满足纯碱生产的使用需求,文章对柯柯盐湖再生盐生产工艺进行了探究。During the growth and crystallization process of reclaimed salt in the eastern min-ing area of Keke Salt Lake in Qinghai Province,the content of impurities such as SO_(4)^(2-) and Mg^(2+)in the crystallized regenerated salt is high without human intervention and control,which cannot meet the quality requirements of pure alkali production.In order to achieve the development and utiliza-tion of regenerated salt resources in Keke Salt Lake while meeting the usage,requirements of soda ash production this article had explored the production process of reclaimed salt in Keke Salt Lake.
