摘　　要：新时代高校思政教育呈现出新变化、新要求,这决定着高校思政教育内容和形式的变化,作为高校思政教育的“主阵地”必须关注新变化、落实新要求。实践遵循、注重过程、关系认知则成为“主阵地”开发利用的基本原则,具体通过理论、目标、行动和评价四大转变来贯穿这一原则,进而构建“主阵地”整体高效的思政教育框架。In the new era,ideological and political education in universities presents new changes and requirements,which determine the changes in the content and form of ideological and political education in universities.As the"main battlefield"of ideological and political education in universities,we must pay attention to the new changes and implement the new requirements.The basic principles for the development and utilization of the"main battlefield"are to follow the practice,focus on the process,and recognize the relationship.Specifically,this principle is implemented through four major transformations:theory,goals,actions,and evaluation,in order to construct an overall efficient ideological and political education framework for the"main battlefield".
