摘  要:RV减速器啮合接触特性直接影响其承载能力与寿命,第2级摆线针轮传动是实现RV减速器减速传动的关键。首先对摆线针轮副建立了力学分析模型,并利用单一变量法讨论了不同结构参数对其接触特性的影响,其次建立了不同结构参数下的摆线针轮副瞬态动力学有限元分析模型,对其动态接触过程进行了仿真,得到啮合副之间的应力分布,验证理论数学模型的正确性,进一步研究了接触啮合特性,为RV减速器的结构设计提供了理论基础。The engagement contact characteristics of RV gearbox directly affected its load carrying capacity and life,and the second-stage cycloid transmission was the key to realize the reduction transmission of RV reducers.Firstly we established a mechanical analysis model for the cycloid pinwheel pair,and discussed the influence of different structural parameters on its contact characteristics by using the single-variable method.Secondly we established a transient dynamics finite-element analysis model of the cycloid pinwheel pair under different structural parameters,and simulated the dynamic contact process,then obtained the distribution of stresses between the meshing pair.We verified the correctness of the theoretical mathematical model,and further investigated the contact meshing characteristics,which provided a theoretical basis for the structural design of RV reducers.
