摘 要:建筑行业通过发展装配式建造大力推进行业低碳转型。抓住该前沿性问题,探究碳排放约束下的装配式建筑预制构件配送车辆路径规划问题,以综合配送成本最小为目标建立数学模型,分别基于传统遗传算法和改进遗传算法对模型进行求解,并通过实际案例验证算法的有效性。结果表明,碳排放成本是装配式建筑企业发展过程中不可忽视的重要因素,在算法求解方面,改进遗传算法比传统遗传算法表现更优。对于降低装配式建筑企业运营成本,促进建筑业绿色转型发展具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。The construction industry is actively promoting low-carbon transformation through the development of prefabricated buildings.This study addresses the emerging issue of path planning problem of prefabricated components delivery vehicles in prefabricated buildings under carbon emission constraints.A mathematical model is developed with the goal of minimizing comprehensive delivery costs,and the models are solved using genetic algorithm and improved genetic algorithm,respectively.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified through practical case studies.The results indicate that carbon emission cost is an important factor that cannot be ignored in the development process of prefabricated construction enterprises,and in terms of algorithm solving,improved genetic algorithms perform better than traditional genetic algorithms.This study offers significant theoretical and practical contributions to reducing the operating costs of prefabricated construction enterprises and promoting the green development of China's construction industry.
