组织支持感对埋地燃气管网施工工人安全行为的影响

摘　　要：基于社会认知理论,在三元交互解释框架上,构建安全氛围调节作用下的组织支持感对施工工人安全行为的假设模型。调查并收集了223名埋地燃气管网施工工人的有效问卷,并利用结构方程模型和层次回归法对假设模型进行验证。研究发现:自我效能感和安全行为意向在组织支持感与埋地燃气管网施工工人安全行为之间起中介作用,且组织支持感通过中介作用正向影响工人安全行为;安全氛围正向调节自我效能感与安全行为之间的正向影响关系,以及自我效能感、组织支持感与安全行为意向之间的正向影响关系。研究结论对于埋地燃气管网工程施工作业人员安全行为管理具有一定的实际指导意义,拓展了安全行为后因变量的研究,丰富了组织支持感与安全行为关系的研究内容。Based on the social cognitive theory and the ternary interactive interpretation framework,a hypothetical model of organizational support on the safety behavior of construction workers under the regulation of safety atmosphere was constructed.A total of 223 valid questionnaires from buried gas network construction workers were collected,and the hypothetical model was verified by structural equation model and hierarchical regression method.the results show that self-efficacy and safety behavior intention play a mediating role between organizational support and safety behavior of buried gas network construction workers,and organizational support has a positive impact on personnel safety behavior through the mediating role:Safety atmosphere positively regulates the positive influence relationship between self-efficacy and safety behavior,and the positive influence interrelationship of self-efficacy,organizational support and safety behavior intention.The conclusions offer practical guidance for the management of safety behaviors of construction workers in buried gas pipeline network projects,expand the research on post-dependent variables of safety behaviors,and enrich the understanding on the relationship between organizational support and safety behaviors.
