摘 要:以水电站为依托开发一定规模的风光新能源,对于实现水电站区域内可再生能源规模化发展具有重要的现实意义。基于水电站区域内新能源规划站点及投资参数建立数学模型,以方案初期投资费用最低为目标,采用基于游走策略改进的粒子群算法求解,跳出局部最优。以云南景洪水电站区域为例,获取水电站及风光新能源数据展开算例分析,提出了水电站打捆附近风光新能源的投资费用最低的规划方案。A certain scale of wind and light new energy is planned and developed,based on hydropower station,which is of great practical significance for realizing the scale development of renewable energy in the area around the hydropower station.In this paper,the mathematical model is established based on the planned new energy planning and the corresponding investment parameters in the area around the hydropower station.With the objective of minimizing the investment cost at the initial stage of the scheme,the particle swarm algorithm based on the improvement of the wandering strategy is adopted,which is conducive to jumping out of the local optimum.Finally,taking the area around Jinghong Hydropower Station in Yunnan Province as an example,the data of hydropower station and wind and solar new energy are obtained to carry out the case analysis,and the planning scheme to minimize the investment cost of wind and solar new energy in the vicinity of the hydropower station bundles is proposed.
