摘　　要：粮食扦样机在质量检测环节中起着扦取样品的关键作用,针对其故障率过高会影响工作效率和质量准确性的问题,按照PDCA循环,采用分层调查法、饼状图、排列图、系统图等工具,依据数据分析,运用QC小组活动程序开展活动,达到了降低故障率的目的。Grain sampling machines play a crucial role in the quality process by taking samples.To address the issue of high failure rates,which can affect work efficiency and accuracy of quality inspections,we conducted activities following the PDCA.We used stratified investigation methods,pie charts,Pareto charts,and system diagrams as tools.Based on data analysis and following the QC group activity procedures we successfully reduced the failure rate.
