摘　　要：社会住宅设计是研究人居环境具有广泛意义的话题,也是CAFA国际工作室自2014年建立以来一贯的教学和研究基础。CAFA国际工作室利用每个学年超过20周的时间,以全球范围的大城市为场所,设置城市设计和社会住宅设计课题。与此同时,工作室也是一个为来自不同文化背景的师生搭建的动态交流平台。从2014年到2024年,国际工作室的设计研究课题注重探索在全球视野下的社会住宅设计的策略和趋势,主题涵盖人居环境的各个方面,具有学术前瞻性。本文将以工作室十年的学生设计成果为基础,从当代新的城市社群,传统住宅类型的当代转译,不同时空和文化语境下的私密性与公共性,密度与秩序的问题,城市更新与场所的潜能,城市中的人与自然,以及居住的诗意几个方面来探讨未来社会住宅设计的新趋势和新策略。The design of social housing is an intensive topic for the study of human habitat.It has been a consistent teaching topic for CAFA International Studio since its establishment in 2014.Based on the global cities and regions,CAFA International Studio’s urban design and social housing program lasts for over 20 weeks each academic year.At the same time,the studio is also a dynamic platform built for teachers and students from around the world.From 2014 to 2024,the studio’s design and research programs have focused on exploring the design strategies for social housing from a global perspective.The programs have discussed a variety of factors related to human habitat and hoped to contribute to both academic and practical fields.This article is based on the students’work from the studio over the past ten years,and discusses the contemporary design strategies and tendencies for social housing in the following themes:the new urban communities,the contemporary interpretation of traditional housing types,the privacy and publicity in different times and cultures,the question of density and order,urban renewal and the latent potential of a site,the relationship between man and nature in the cities,and the poetics of human habitation.
