存量更新语境下住区规划课程体系的改革与思考

摘　　要：存量更新的现实背景,要求规划专业学生在思维范式、知识体系、技术方法做出应对和改变。西安建筑科技大学住区规划课程体系面对课题难度提升、学时压缩学制调整、学生诉求多元等方面的困境,从课程知识体系精炼、专业核心能力建构、规划价值观培养三方面入手,探索以“空间”为核心,以“问题”为导向,知识、能力、价值观三位一体的课程培养模式,适应时代发展、行业转型对专业人才培养的新需求。The realistic background of the urban renewal requires planning students to respond and change their thinking paradigm,knowledge system and technical methods.Facing the difficulties of increased complexity of the subject,the adjustment of the academic system,and the diversification of students demands,the curriculum system of residential area planning starts from the three aspects of refining the curriculum knowledge system,constructing the professional core capabilities,and cultivating the planning values,and explores“space”as the core,“problem”as the orientation,knowledge,ability and value as the trinity,so as to adapt to the new needs of the development of the times and the transformation of the industry for the training of professional talents.
