摘　　要：住宅精细化设计是清华大学自2007年起开设的一门研究生专业课,连续多次获评“清华大学精品课程”荣誉称号。课程以居住建筑设计理论和方法为主要内容,十余年来力求与时俱进,持续推动改革创新。课程围绕价值塑造、能力培养、知识传授“三位一体”的教育理念设定教学目标。在传统授课形式基础上发展在线课程触及更多学习人群,探索翻转课堂混合式教学新模式,依托参观调研打造学生第二课堂,运用创新技术手段助力课程教学。作业选题坚持“真刀真枪”和“小而精细”,聚焦真问题,训练真本领,培养学生精细化的设计思维方法。课程依托助教团队组织日常教学,依托学校资源形成良性互动,依托行业资源推进产教融合,并于近期完成了与青年教师的交接。本文将主要从教学目标、授课形式、作业选题、课程组织和发展传承等方面介绍近年来的课程建设情况,与大家交流和探讨教学过程中的思考。Detailed design for dwelling is a graduate professional course offered by Tsinghua University since 2007,and has been awarded the honorary title of“Excellent Course”for many times.The main content of this course is the theory and method of residential building design.During the past ten years,we have strived to keep pace with the times and continuously promote reform and innovation of this course.This course sets teaching objectives around the“trinity”education concept of value shaping,ability training and knowledge imparting.On the basis of traditional teaching forms,it develops online courses to reach more learning groups,explores a new model of flipped classroom blended teaching,builds a second classroom for students based on visits and investigations,and uses innovative technological means to assist course teaching.Assignment topics adhere to the“fight with the gloves off”and“small and fine”,focusing on real problems,training practical skills,and cultivating students’fine design thinking methods.The course relies on the teaching assistant team to organize daily teaching,on the school resources to form a positive interaction,on the industry resources to promote the integration of production and education,and recently completed the handover with young teachers.This paper will mainly introduce the course construction in recent years from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching forms,assignment selection,course organization,development and inheritance,and share and discuss our thinking in the teaching process.
