摘　　要：文章首先解读了科研绩效、科研经费、跨学科科研等相关概念;其次,通过对河北省工科院校科研人员进行调研,总结出科研资源缺乏规划,科研管理机制不健全,缺乏学科交叉融合思维,工科教师企业实践面临困难,科研成果转化率偏低等问题;针对问题提出了统筹优化科研资源,实施科研经费考评制度,健全科研管理和评估体系,提高跨学科科研效率,推进科研实践创新,科学构建科研平台体系,提高科研成果转化率等提升途径,发挥河北省工科院校在科研创新领域的重要作用。This paper first elucidates related concepts such as research performance,research funding,and interdisciplinary research.It then investigates engineering institutions in Hebei Province through surveys of their research personnel,identifying issues including inadequate planning of research resources,an underdevel-oped research management mechanism,a lack of multidisciplinary integration thinking,difficulties for engineer-ing faculty in engaging in corporate practice,and low rates of research achievement conversion.To address these challenges,the paper proposes improving pathways by optimizing research resource allocation,implement-ing an evaluation system for research funding,establishing a robust research management and assessment sys-tem,enhancing the efficiency of interdisciplinary research,promoting practical innovation in research,scien-tifically constructing a platform system for research,and increasing the rate of technology transfer.These mea-sures aim to maximize the supporting role of engineering institutions in Hebei Province within the domain of re-search innovation.
