数字经济背景下大龄农民工就业质量及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：系统梳理了影响大龄农民工就业质量的微观与宏观因素,然后利用2018年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据(CMDS),构建多元线性回归模型进行实证检验。结果表明,受教育程度、社会融入度、社会接纳程度、家人陪伴程度均显著正向影响大龄农民工就业质量,家庭经济状况不佳则阻碍其就业质量的提高;社会保障制度对大龄农民工就业质量影响显著,而数字经济发展的影响则不显著;分位数回归发现,受教育程度、家人陪伴程度对大龄农民工就业质量的正向影响在中、高分位点上较为显著,社会融入度在低分位点上有显著的正向影响,社会保障制度对所有分位点大龄农民工就业质量的负向影响均十分显著,健康状况和家庭经济状况则在低分位点上产生负向影响。This paper first systematically sorted out the micro and macro factors affecting the employment quality of older migrant workers,and then used the data of the 2018 China Floating Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey(CMDS)to construct a multiple linear regression model for empirical testing.The results show that the degree of education,social integration,social acceptance,and family companionship have a significantly positive impact on the employment quality of older migrant workers,while poor family economic status hinders the improvement of their employment quality.The social security system has a significant impact on the employment quality of older migrant workers,while the impact of the development of the digital economy is not significant.Quantile regression analysis showed that the positive effects of education level and family companionship on the employment quality of older migrant workers were more significant in the middle and high quantiles,the social integration degree had a significant positive impact on the low quantiles,the social security system had a significant negative impact on the employment quality of older migrant workers in all quantiles,the health status and family economic status had a negative impact on the low quantiles.
