摘 要:为探索芽球菊苣水培软化栽培技术,通过设置不同营养液温度(10~13、13~16、17~20、21~24℃)、不同水深(10、15、20、25cm)处理,研究温度和水深条件对芽球生长的影响。结果表明:芽球的长度随着温度的升高呈逐渐增加趋势,而直径和质量呈先增加后降低的趋势;在温度13~16℃时达到最佳值(直径5.75 cm,质量123.72 g);芽球的长度、直径和质量随着水深的升高均呈先增加后降低的趋势,并在水深10 cm时达到最佳值(长度16.48 cm,直径5.61 cm,质量118.33 g);在13~16℃和水深10 cm时,芽球抱合非常紧实且商品性达到最佳。由此可见,芽球菊苣水培软化栽培过程中,温度13~16℃、水深10 cm条件下最适合芽球生长。由此可见,芽球菊苣水培软化栽培过程中,温度13~16℃、水深10 cm条件下最适合芽球生长。The effects of temperature and water depth on the buds growth of Cichorium endivia were investigated by setting different nutrient solution temperature(10-13,13-16,17-20,21-24℃)and different water depth(10,15,20,25 cm)in order to explore the hydroponic blanching culture technology of Cichorium endivia.The results showed that the length of the buds gradually increased with the increase of temperature,while the diameter and weight increased first and then decreased.The optimum value was reached at the temperature of 13-16℃(diameter 5.75 cm,weight 123.72 g).The length,diameter and weight of the buds all increased first and then decreased with the increase of water depth,and reached the best value at the water depth of 10 cm(length 16.48 cm,diameter 5.61 cm,weight 118.33 g).At the temperature13-16℃ and water depth of 10 cm,the buds engagement was very tight and the best commerciality was achieved.It can be seen that the temperature of 13-16℃and water depth of 10 cm are the most suitable conditions for the buds growth of Cichorium endivia in hydroponic blanching culture.
