摘 要:效率与品质始终是供应链竞争的核心议题。传统供应链理论难以有效解析特定区域内兼具高效率与高品质的供应链现象。以安溪茶叶区域公用品牌供应链为案例,这项研究提出了一种空间产业供应链生态模型。该模型基于产业生态要素的空间集聚,在开放、包容的制度环境支撑下,通过产业链内纵向与横向的一体化分工,以及围绕核心竞争力的持续优化,实现供应链对复杂市场环境的高适应性与稳定性。研究表明,该模型为区域特色产业的供应链生态构建提供了理论框架与实践参考,并为实现效率与品质的协同发展提供了新的路径。Efficiency and quality have always been the core issues of supply chain competition.Traditional supply chain theories struggle to effectively explain the coexistence of high efficiency and high quality within supply chains in specific regions.Taking the Anxi tea regional public brand supply chain as a case study,this research proposes a spatial industrial supply chain ecological model.The model is based on the spatial clustering of industrial ecological factors and is supported by an open and inclusive institutional environment.Through vertical and horizontal integration within the industrial chain and continuous optimization around core competitiveness,the model achieves high adaptability and stability in complex market environments.The findings suggest that this model provides a theoretical framework and practical reference for the construction of supply chain ecology in regional characteristic industries and offers a new pathway to achieving the coordinated development of efficiency and quality.
